Here is how to make a roller bottle recipe:
Step 1: Add drops of essential oils (from blend of choice below) to a 10 ml glass roller bottle.
Step 2: Add carrier oil to the bottle and fill to shoulder of the bottle.
Step 3: Place rollerball insert on, then roll the bottle between palms to blend the mixture together.
Step 4: To use, roll on desired locations. I like to roll on my chest and shoulders, as well as my forearms and wrists.
